I hereby grant permission for Worm Hit Pty Ltd to use the business name, details, images and stories, on their website, online social media platforms, in reports and publications. I understand that in order to be promoted digital material will need to be supplied to Worm Hit Pty Ltd.
I understand and have been provided with RRP information. I acknowledge that other then seasonal or promotional events that the STD RRP must be adhered to. All special or discounted pricing on products instore or online must be agreed to in writing. Failure to obtain written permission could result in termination of reseller agreements.
The Reseller shall not alter, re-label, repackage, re-bundle, unbundle, sell in loose form or sell any product under any name or label other than authorised by Worm Hit. All products of the Company shall be marketed and sold in its original form and packaging.
